St. Sebastian Elementary School receives AMA award for school zone safety

St. Sebastian Elementary School was honoured with the Alberta Motor Association (AMA) School Zone Safety Award at a special ceremony held at the school on May 11th.The school received $1,000 as a result of their efforts in working with the parent council to change the safety culture of their school zone.

Help Plan Our Future - Program and Student Accommodation

At the public board meeting held March 14, Calgary Catholic School District’s Board of Trustees approved motions to close two schools and several programs. CCSD completed an extensive public consultation process, known as Help Plan Our Future, to lead up to these motions being presented to the board.

Fees can now be paid online

Starting May 1st 2012, parents will have the option to pay selected school fees online. The new Calgary Catholic School District (CCSD) fee management and online payment system is an easy and secure way to pay school fees. This pilot project will allow parents to pay transportation fees for the 2012-2013 school year.
