Congratulations to the Bishop Grandin Marching Ghosts on winning the Calgary Stampede Showbands Live competition. This well-deserved win capped off a hugely successful Stampede week for the Bishop Grandin Marching Ghosts – they also took Best Canadian Band, Best Overall Band, and Best Senior Band in the Calgary Stampede Parade. Overall at the 2010 Stampede, Grandin has a total of more than $13,000 in prize money! Outstanding and a great pay off for the many these young people poured into what they love to do! And they’re so good at it!

 Offering Apprenticeship Technical Training

Bishop Grandin High School is the first high school in Calgary to offer a first year apprenticeship technical training program. The program is open to all Catholic high school students interested in preparing for a career in Automotives, Carpentry or Welding.
