2010 AP Scholars
BISHOP GRANDIN STUDENT NAMED NATIONAL ADVANCED PLACEMENT SCHOLAR
Bishop Grandin High School is proud to announce that one of our recently graduated students, Dylan Gareau, has achieved National Advanced Placement Scholar Status. In order to qualify as a National Advanced Placement Scholar, a student must write a minimum of five Advanced Placement exams, score an average grade of four or above on all exams taken and score four or higher on five of the exams taken (the top score for an Advanced Placement exam is a five). Dylan wrote the AP Exams in Biology, Calculus, Chemistry, English and Physics while at Bishop Grandin and scored perfect fives on all of these exams. This is truly a remarkable achievement and is considered to be equivalent to completing first year university courses in these subjects. In addition to this, Dylan was also a member of our award winning Bishop Grandin Ghosts Marching Band.
