Calgary Catholic School District Run & Walk



The Calgary Catholic community is invited to participate in the fifth annual Calgary Catholic Run & Walk on Saturday, September 21, 2013. The event is an opportunity to come together with a focus on community, health, fitness and to raise funds for the Calgary Catholic Education Foundation and the Sheldon Kennedy Child Advocacy Centre. Participants can register for either a 5 km or 10 km run or a 5 km walk as well as enter their preschool children in a “Little Legs” race.

The event starts at Glenmore Athletic Park at 9 a.m. Pre and post race activities include a warm-up before the race as well as entertainment, refreshments and snacks following the event. We recommend all participants arrive by 8:30 a.m.

With a 5 km and 10 km run, a 5 km walk, and a little legs race there is something for everyone.
