Student Records

Student records are kept at the school the student is attending. Once the student completes Grade 12 or transfers out of the Calgary Catholic School District, the student file is sent to the District's Student Records Department.

When a student transfers out of the Calgary Catholic School District, the receiving school will contact the District to request the student file. If a student is moving outside of North America, it is recommended that prior to leaving the student obtain a sealed copy of his or her student file from the Coordinator, District and Student Records.
