Summer school registration is now open!
Calgary Catholic School District offers high school courses during the summer to any student under 20 years of age (as of September 1, 2012), including students completing Grade 9 in June 2013.
Students can take up to eight credits in summer school that can include one direct-instruction course and/or a combination of online courses. Click here to view the Summer School brochure.

Online Courses (please note: most have an attendance requirement of 2 3 afternoon sessions at St. Mary's High School (for all online face-to-face sessions except RS 35 Section B Intro session to be held at St. Anne Academic Centre; see courses for times and other details)
Students completing Grade 9 are eligible to take most of the Grade 10 courses that are offered this summer, with the exception of Religious Studies 15.
Online Courses:
Students have the option of taking online courses in Summer School. Some of these courses have a limited number of mandatory attendance, as described in the Online Course Information document.
Online learning provides flexibility and the freedom to learn anywhere you have an internet connection and a computer. It also requires independence and self-discipline to complete tasks on time, especially in the condensed timeline in Summer School. Is Online Learning for You?
Diploma Exams - ***NOTE THE NEW DIPLOMA EXAM WRITING LOCATION BELOW:
Diploma exams for 2013 Summer School courses will run from Friday, August 2 Tuesday, August 13. All Summer School students will write their diploma exams at St. Mary's High School (111 18 Avenue SW). To see August Diploma exam dates, please click here.
Please Note: If you are rewriting a diploma exam, you will need to complete an Alberta Education Rewrite Form and submit it along with the rewrite fee to Alberta Education either in person, by mail or by fax.
