The Calgary Catholic School District has developed a body of Administrative Procedures over the course of its history that govern the conduct of staff and students; the operation and fiscal management of the district; and help ensure the health and safety of students, staff and volunteers.
Administrative Procedures also govern the delivery of our programs and areas of instruction. They can be revised or created in any school year stay up to date with our current purposes.
The Finance and Business Services department fall under the direction of the Superintendent, Finance and Business Services/ Secretary-Treasurer, who is responsible for all financial and business services within the Calgary Catholic School District. Finance and Business Services includes Accounting, Business Services and Supply Management and they are responsible for producing our annual District Operating Budget and Audited Financial Statements.
