Grade 9 Provincial Achievement Test Schedule (PAT) 2020 and JUNIOR HIGH Grade 7 & 8 EXAM SCHEDULE

Just a reminder that when junior high students have completed their exams, they are dismissed from school for the remainder of the day.

The expectation is that they are using the time to study at home. Below are the dates and times for the Junior High Final Exams. It is important that students get to bed early and have a good breakfast before they come to school. The day begins at 8:05 am as usual and all exams will take place in the morning from 8:30am -10:30am plus additional time if required. Students must stay for a minimum of 75 minutes before they can be dismissed. If they finish early, we ask that students bring a book to read. If students will be away for an exam, please contact your child’s subject teacher to see if they can write the exam before they leave.

May 5th - Language Arts Part A (Writing)
June 16th – Math Part A (Full Day of school)
June 22nd – Math Part B (leave after exam)
June 23rd – Language Arts Part B (Reading/Comprehension) (leave after exam)
June 24th – Science (leave after exam)
June 25th – Social Studies (leave after exam)
June 26th – Religion (leave after exam) and return at 2:00 p.m. to pick up progress reports.
