All Saints' Class of 2021 Graduation. The following information outlines possible upcoming activities and important dates.
**Graduation events may be impacted as the situation with COVID-19 develops. Dates, times and locations could all be affected by government restrictions on gatherings. As information becomes available, we will update our school community. **

Jostens is coming to All Saints for the Class of 2021 to order graduation jewelry. When: Preview Day Monday, September 28th (during lunch periods). Order Days will be Tuesday, October 6th and Wednesday, October 7th (catalogues can be picked up at the Business Office).Order your graduation jewelry now and get a free hoodie.
Sitting dates have not yet been finalized. Photos will occur in early 2021.
Grade 12 students in good academic standing are invited to participate in the All Saints Valedictorian Competition. As a result of the competition, students are chosen not just for the role of Valedictorian but may also be asked to participate in other graduation duties such as Master of Ceremonies and presenting toasts at the banquet. The initial meeting for the Valedictorian competition TBD.
A graduation fee will be charged to all grade 12s.This covers the cost of items such as gown and stole rental, facility rental, diplomas, diploma covers, programs, printing and postage costs. All outstanding fees, including the Grad Fee, must be paid in full online or at the Business Office. Students will not be permitted to purchase tickets to the Graduation Banquet and Dance if there are any unpaid fees. Any concerns can be forwarded to the Business Office at 403-500-2133.
A preliminary graduation list will be posted outside Student Services on a date to be determined. This list indicates which students have completed the required courses and are currently registered in the correct/required courses for semester 2 to meet the minimum graduation requirements. A second graduation list will be posted date to be determined and then a final graduation list will be posted outside Student Services early May 2021. Students who are not on the final graduation list will not be eligible to participate in the Commencement Celebrations (Mass and Convocation). This is a firm deadline and will be strictly adhered to, as several items, such as gowns and stoles, and programs for the Convocation all depend on final numbers.
Grade 12 Retreat
Grade 12 students must attend the Retreat. There is a fee associated with this retreat.(Date and location to be confirmed).
Mass has been scheduled on Thursday, May 27th, 2021 – details to follow.
The Graduation Ceremony will be held Thursday, May 27th, 2021 at the First Alliance Church (12345 – 40 Street SE). Details to follow
Graduation Banquet and Dance
This event will be held at the BMO Centre (20 Roundup Way SW) on Thursday, May 20th, 2021. The ticket price (to be determined) is in effect for each person attending, including the graduates. This covers the cost of items such as the rental of the facility, the decorations, the meal, and the disc jockey. Information on the amount of tickets available, and when they can be ordered will be posted once that information is finalized. Tickets to this event may be purchased once all school fees have been paid. Watch for more information.
