Volunteering at Blessed Cardinal Newman School
If you are a parent or guardian of a student attending Blessed Cardinal Newman School, we welcome you to become a volunteer. It is a great way to be involved with your child’s education and see what’s happening in our school.
Parent Involvement Matters! You can make a difference!
District policy states that prior to volunteering at our school, parents must participate in a volunteer orientation once every school year. Please note that this District policy is strictly adhered to for the safety and security of the students at our school.
ALL PARENTS wishing to volunteer MUST attend a Volunteer Orientation IN PERSON EVERY school year. . The dates of the Volunteer Orientations are noted on this website, in our school newsletter, and in the BCN Scream. The orientations are usually held in September and early October. We may hold one in January as well if there is a need. The Volunteer Orientations are supported by School Council and are held in our school library or school gym.
Please contact the school if you are interested in attending a Volunteer Orientation Session or if you have any questions regarding volunteering in our school.
Our school is a great place to be and we encourage you to come and be a part of it!
