Celebration of First Eucharist: June 9: Students of Blessed Cardinal Newman, Christ the King, Divine Mercy, and Msgr. Smith at 2 p.m.
REMAINING FIRST EUCHARIST MASSES AT ST. ALBERT THE GREAT CHURCH
Several families are journeying towards their children’s reception First Eucharist. Parishioners are most welcome and encouraged to join these families in prayer at the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.

Candidates Grade 2 and up, who have already received the sacraments of Baptism and First Reconciliation, receive the Eucharist for the first time at Mass.
COME AS YOU ARE – JUNE 14, 2019
Come as you are for a special evening of parishioner testimonies, Adoration, and music, and the opportunity for Reconciliation. Fr. Cristino Bouvette will give a reflection and music is provided by Access52. Food and fellowship will follow! Please join us on Friday, June 14 beginning at 7:00 pm in St. Albert the Great Church! All are welcome!
YOUTH MINISTRY COORDINATOR NEEDED
We would like to thank Michael Metcalf for all of his hard work on making the St. Albert the Great Parish youth group such a great success over the last three years. We would also like to congratulate Michael Metcalf on his recent marriage and on his new teaching position. This creates a job opening at the parish for a new Youth Ministry Coordinator. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age and registered with the parish for at least 2 years. If you have passion in living your faith and energy to promote spiritual maturity among the parish’s youth and would like more information, please pick up an application package in the parish office and email the completed documents to email@example.com . Only successful applicants will be contacted. Application deadline: June 15, 2019.
HOSPITALITY NEEDS YOU!
The 11am Hospitality Ministry at St. Albert the Great Church is in need of volunteers. Please consider serving in this wonderful ministry and meet new parishioners as you attend Mass. No experience is required, just a willing heart and a desire to serve. Those interested are encouraged to complete a Volunteer application form located in the Narthex below our prayer board, or you can contact Cecile at firstname.lastname@example.org for 11 am Mass.
HARD OF HEARING SYSTEM
St. Albert the Great Church has a new Hard of Hearing System in the parish that you can access through your mobile device. Download the AudioFetch app from iTunes or Google Play, connect to the Wi-Fi network SATG_Live_1 and use the password Liv3Satg*. The system works on both Android and Apple devices. Instructions are also located on the posters on the bulletin board, the Whiteboard and on TV in the parish Narthex.
FALL BIBLE STUDY COURSES AT SATG
Please join us in September for one of the following Bible Study Programs at St. Albert the Great Church:
- Jeff Cavin’s “The Great Adventure” Bible Study. This Bible Study focuses primarily on the Old Testament and will begin Thursday, September 12, at either 1:30 - 3:30 pm or 6:30 - 8:30 pm in St. Albert the Great room; cost is $50 and includes a workbook.
- Jeff Cavin’s, “The King & His Kingdom,” covering the Gospel of St. Matthew, begins on Monday, September 9, beginning at 6:30 pm in St. Francis room, cost is $40 for the workbook.
- Jeff Cavin’s, “The Spread of the Kingdom,” covering the Acts of the Apostles, begins on Tuesday, September 10, beginning at 1:30 pm in St. Albert the Great room, cost is $45 for the workbook.
Please make cheque payable to “St. Albert the Great Parish” with ‘Bible Study’ in the memo line. Your cheque and registration form can be dropped off at the parish office.
