District policy requires that before serving in the school as a volunteer, parents must participate in an annual orientation. Please be aware that this District policy is strictly adhered to for the safety and security of the students at our school.

Parents who plan on volunteering this year are required to view the Volunteer Orientation Presentation. A Volunteer Orientation was presented on the morning of the first day of school, additional orientation sessions will be announced.

Next Volunteer Orientation

Thursday Sept 20th 5 to 5:30pm (Parent Teacher Interview evening)

Monday Sept 24th 7:30 to 8am (1st School Council Meeting to follow)

Later in the school year you may go over the presentation online, print off and complete the forms below. The completed forms can be dropped off at the office or sent to the school with your child at which point your volunteer badge will be created. Should you not be able to access this information from home, you can access this presentation and documents at the school.

We encourage our parents to participate in the school community to whatever degree they choose. Parents who are interested in volunteering are asked to consult the district's Volunteer Handbook. Our goal is to make the qualification process more convenient for our parents. Thank you for helping to ensure the safety and security of our school community.

We look forward to your support and contribution to our school community.
