In June of 2016, the district consulted with parents residing in Silverado with respect to the possible location of boundaries for the new Catholic school currently under construction in Silverado. At the time of the decision, the district committed to further consultation with the communities of Legacy, Bridlewood and Somerset. It is important to note that this further consultation will not impact students currently attending Msgr. O'Brien. Click the link below to see a copy of the boundary decision letter published in June 2016. We invite you to join us on Wednesday, October 26, from 7:00 – 8:30 at Father Doucet School (65 Shannon Drive SW) to provide input and feedback to the district with respect to whether students residing in these communities should continue to attend their current designated school, or should be re-designated to the new Catholic school in Silverado when the school opens in Fall 2017. In order to allow us to plan for the evening, please RSVP your intention to attend to the Fr. Doucet office at 403-500-2089.
