School Administration: Qualities, Attributes and Characteristics & Construction Update
Prior to the selection of a principal for a new school, the Calgary Catholic School District consults with Catholic parents in the new school community to consider and articulate the competencies and attributes that the community would require of the school administrative team. Calgary Catholic School District then utilizes these competencies and attributes in the selection of the school-based administrators for the new school. For the Cranston school, this consultation took place on October 13, 2015. Below are links to the October 13 presentation and the School Administration Qualities, Attributes and Characteristics developed as a result of input from the meeting.
