Dear Parents and Students: Welcome to St. Rita School!

To all of our community, including new and returning families, we say “Welcome to St. Rita Elementary School!” We are confident that you will find St. Rita School a quality, caring, Catholic learning environment, a place where the Calgary Catholic mission statement—Living and Learning in our Catholic Faith—is followed. We trust that this year will be a rewarding and successful year for our entire school community.

It is our mandate to provide the best possible instructional program, to prepare students to the best of their ability, and to foster a desire in students to be life-long learners. This includes helping students become responsible citizens by teaching the values of a sound Catholic education. As a home-school-parish team, our goal is to help each child build self-worth and a sense of responsibility. As a school community, we focus on respect, including respect for God, self, others, our environment, and learning.

If you have any questions or any other concerns, I encourage you to call the school at 403-500-2083.
